Q: Is Cashcrate a scam?
A: NOPE! I’ve been to many survey sites and I’ve been personally scammed by some. I give you my word that this site is not a scam. I even have proof of CC payment. Cashcrate is 1000% legit!

Q: How does cashcrate pay? Can I recieve money by paypal?
A: Cashcrate pays only by check. Cashcrate does not pay by paypal due to fraud in the past. They never charge a check fee, though =)
Q: Can my relative who lives in my home join?
A: Yes! This is one thing I love about CC. Both my sister and I are members. You will need to contact support to let them know there are multiple users using CC. Offers can only be done once per IP address, though.
Q: Can I have more than one account?
A: NO! This is againist the terms of service and will get you banned. Do not cheat the system. It’s not fair to anyone.
Q: I don’t want calls or spam. Can I use fake information to complete offers?
A: NO!!! You MUST use truthful information. You will be banned for committing fraud.
Q: I did offers and they didn’t confirm. Why?
Trial offers can take up to 2 weeks + to confirm.
Some higher paying offers like the ones that payout $1 or more may take a few days or a week to confirm.
While many confirm quickly, others may take a few days.
Also make sure you are doing the offer completeley and correctly. You want to complete it fully with truthful information and make sure you get to the end before submitting. See my offer tips page for tips & info.
Q: I did surveys and didn’t get credit. Why?
The thing you have to accept about surveys is that they may take a while to credit. Some credit quickly, some credit within 1 day, others may take longer. You need to make sure you are using 100% truthful answers, and make sure not to rush. Also make sure you get to the final page that says you completed it. Make sure you are timing your surveys correctly and didn’t accidently do more than 1 in a 24 hour period.
